There is no doubt in my mind that Sensa works. Yesterday I didn't use it all day. I was in Midway Airport and our gate was next to McDonalds. I haven't craved anything in the 2.5 weeks I've been on Sensa. This guy eating a quarter lb'er...I was stalking him. I watched him take every bite. I watched him barely chew everybite. I almost leaned over and bit it myself. Then there was this lady who was eating and ice cream home. I'm positive she thought I was scoping on her by the way I was watching her eat it. Finally I'm like--snap the heck out of it. I got home----starving. And scarfed down 6 cold ribs and about a cup of red beans and rice. Normally that's a ton of food. On Sensa--that's a buffet. So this a.m. I got up and sprinkled a little on my granola bar and I'm just going to watch it. I am never hungry on Sensa.

Week 2 with Sensa

So this week I became a little "cocky" with Sensa. My thought was that I could sprinkle, sprinkle--work out really hard and lose weight. So I didn't control portions and didn't watch the chardonnay intake like I should and only lost 1 lb. For some people that's amazing having lost 5 lbs in two weeks. For me it's under-achieving. Heres the amazing thing though, my sugar cravings are gone. No more cookies, swiss cake rolls--nothing bad. The cravings are gone.
Yesterday we had ribs, red beans and rice, salad, garlic bread and a ton of other food. I simply ate less than a 1/2 cup of red beans and rice (my absolute fave)--3 ribs a bit of salad, NO garlic bread and 1 sugar cookie. In days of old I would have eaten 6 ribs, a full cup of red beans and rice, 1 garlic bread and the list goes on. So Sensa Works....

Tuesday One Week After Starting Sensa

One week---5 lbs. gone.

Sensa has really helped curb my appetite that is for sure. I have also been determined in working out and ensuring I'm getting the right excercise. It's interesting that a product can help take the brain and curb any desire for sugar-- We'll see what this week brings. As long as I get the other 20 lbs off--I'm going to be happy as a clam.

Friday Night...

No Wine? Come on. This can't last forever.

Sensa Begins Day 1 - Day 4

Day 1- Tuesday May 25th
Day one on SENSA. I am going to beat this weight loss goal of 25-30 lbs. by August 25th. I am determined. I began this a.m. by sprinkling SENSA on a ZONE bar. The goal is to sprinkle sprinkle SENSA on everything I eat. I sprained my ankle yesterday playing basketball with my 11 year old so I highly doubt, I'll be able to excercise. I am going to drink a ton of water and sprinkle sprinkle. I am writing down everything I eat on the SENSA web-site which is actually very easy to use. I am determined.

Day 2 Wednesay
My Dog ate the SENSA. No kidding!! My 1 year old dog took the SENSA and chewed it open and had the powder everywhere. Oi Vey! Needless to say I had another bottle that I continued sprinkling. Today I went to the gym and cycled 15 miles and burned 600 calories. No sugar cravings kind of weird.

Day 3 Thursday
Things are still good. Went to GNC for some protein powder for that extra energy. SENSA doesn\'t work in liquids unfortunately--only solid foods. But, I do need that pick me up every once in awhile. 25-30 lbs to go. But, no sugar cravings? Come on.

Day 4 Friday
I swear no sugar cravings. I haven\'t had a cookie, ice cream a donut--nothing. My neice\'s birthday last night the entire house had cake and ice cream and I ate NONE. That in itself is remarkable. Today I went to lunch with clients and felt kind of weird sprinkling SENSA on Sushi. So I missed that step.
